TMDW Adults Classes

Exercise should be fun and our group fitness classes are a powerful way to get the motivation, inspiration and results your after!

Booty Barre - Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30pm

Booty Barre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. booty barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

Bootcamp, Body Blast and Bounce are currently postponed while Tara is on maternity leave.

Adults Ballet - Please contact us for current time available

Whether you have danced before or have always wanted to do ballet this class is a great way to improve flexibility, balance, posture, fitness and much more while releasing the ballerina within! Taught by qualified RAD teachers this class will incorporate all the elements of a ballet class for beginners to returning dancers!

Adults Contemporary - Coming in 2021!

This class is going to be aimed at ex dancers who are looking for a fun dance class to get back into!

How to sign up?

Our fitness classes run along side the school terms, term fees will vary depending on the weeks in the school term. A 9-10 week term is a common term.

9week term - $108.00

Body Blast is my favorite group exercise class, such a fun way to exercise. I have attended for 16 terms now and still love it! Tara always provides a fun and motivational class for all fitness types. Highly recommended!
